• Operating a management framework enables clear working protocol is in place and staff knows lines for reporting and decision making
• Continually ensure we adhere to current regulations relating to driving legislation and driver CPC Directive 2003
• Continually ensure we adhere to current regulations relating to waste disposal and update all relevant members of staff
• Continue to strive to achieve the best service provision requested from our client base this includes training, updates and proposal meetings to ensure the best service is provided and the correct equipment is in use
• Co-ordinate maintenance programmes and service times ensuring reduced down time and loss of production
• Target the reduction of waste products by re-cycling and waste management
